Abstract
"GENES TyrA E SEUS USOS". A presente invenção encontra-se no campo da genética e bioquímica das plantas. Mais especificamente, a invenção refere-se a genes associados com a via da biossíntese dos tocoferóis. A presente invenção fornece e inclui moléculas de ácido nucléico, proteínas e anticorpos associados com os genes da via da biossíntese dos tocoferóis. A presente invenção também fornece métodos para utilização de tais agentes, por exemplo em isolamento de genes, em análise de genes e na produção de plantas transgênicas. Além disso, a presente invenção inclui plantas transgênicas modificadas para expressar proteínas associadas com a via dos tocoferóis. Ademais, a presente invenção inclui métodos para a produção de produtos da via da biossíntese dos tocoferóis.
