Abstract
"SISTEMA DE ACIONAMENTO POR CORREIA DO TENSIONADOR DE AMORTECIMENTO ASSIMéTRICO". A invenção compreende um sistema tensionador de amortecimento assimétrico para acionamentos de correia em um motor. Uma correia é conectada entre uma polia de acionamento em um virabrequim e qualquer número de polias acionadas. Cada polia acionada é conectada a um acessório, tais como um alternador, bomba da direção hidráulica, compressor ou similares. O tensionador fica colocado em qualquer lugar antes do primeiro componente de inércia efetiva significativa, na direção de movimento da correia. Um componente de predisposição no tensionador é usado para manter uma tensão na correia. O tensionador compreende adicionalmente um mecanismo de amortecimento para amortecer vibrações da correia provocadas pela operação do motor. O atrito de amortecimento do tensionador é desigual, ou assimétrico, dependendo da direção de movimento do braço do tensionador. Durante aceleração, o atrito de amortecimento do tensionador na direção de descarregamento é significativamente menor do que o atrito de amortecimento na direção oposta, ou de carregamento, como no caso durante desaceleração. Menor atrito de amortecimento durante aceleração permite que o braço do tensionador ajuste rapidamente para aumentar no comprimento da correia provocado pela aceleração. Maior atrito de amortecimento durante desaceleração impede que os braços do tensionador se movam muito para longe na direção de carregamento, causando assim deslizamento e ruído. Amortecimento assimétrico também diminuir significativamente a vibração real na correia durante todas as fases de operação.
