Claims (10)
- 구동 풀리와,하나 이상의 종동 풀리와,상기 구동 풀리를 상기 종동 풀리에 연결하는 구동 벨트와,상기 벨트의 장력을 유지하는 텐셔너로서, 벨트 부하를 수용하고 베이스에 피벗 가능하게 장착된 아암과, 아암에 저널링되어 구동 벨트에 맞물리는 풀리와, 베이스에 맞물리는 편향 부재와, 베이스에 맞물리는 마찰면이 있는 감쇠 부재를 구비하는 텐셔너를 포함하는 부속품 구동 시스템으로서,상기 감쇠 부재는 피벗점에서 아암에 맞물리며,상기 편향 부재는 벨트 부하에 의해 마찰면에 법선 방향 힘이 가해지도록 제1 접촉점 및 제2 접촉점에서 상기 감쇠 부재에 맞물리고,상기 감쇠 부재는 비대칭 감쇠력에 의해 아암의 이동을 감쇠시키며, 부하 방향의 감쇠력은 제하 방향의 감쇠력보다 큰 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부하 방향의 감쇠 대 제하 방향의 감쇠의 비율은 1.5 내지 5의 범위 내에 있는 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편향 부재는 비틀림 스프링을 포함하는 것인 부속품구동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 텐셔너는 벨트의 이동 방향으로 유효 회전 관성이 가장 큰 회전 요소 이전의 위치에서 시스템에 배치되어 있는 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 구동 풀리와,하나 이상의 종동 풀리와,상기 구동 풀리를 상기 종동 풀리에 연결하는 벨트와,허브 부하(hubload)를 갖는 텐셔너로서, 벨트의 장력을 유지하도록 벨트와 맞물리는 텐셔너 아암을 구비하여, 부하 방향의 감쇠력이 제하 방향의 감쇠력보다 크게 되는 비대칭 감쇠 비율을 갖는 것인 텐셔너를 포함하는 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 종동 풀리는 0.004 kg-㎡ 이상의 유효 회전 관성을 갖고,상기 구동 풀리는 회전 속도를 가져서,상기 텐셔너 아암의 진동은 6000 RPM/sec 이상의 구동 풀리 감속율에 대하여 최소화되는 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 텐셔너는 벨트의 이동 방향으로 가장 큰 회전 관성을 갖는 풀리 이전의 위치에서 시스템에 배치되어 있는 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 허브 부하는 구동 풀리의 감속 중에 정적인 상태의 값으로부터 0.15초 이내에 최대값으로 증가하는 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 구동 풀리의 감속은 텐셔너에 부하 방향의 힘을 부여하는 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 종동 풀리의 슬립은 구동 풀리 회전의 2% 미만인 것인 부속품 구동 시스템.
