Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO FLUOROQUìMICA, MéTODO PARA TRATAR UM SUBSTRATO, SUBSTRATO, E, OLIGÈMERO FLUOROQUìMICO". Uma composição fluoroquímica compreendendo uma quantidade principal de solvente orgânico e de 0,05% em peso a 5% em peso de oligómero fluoroquímico dispersado ou dissolvido no dito solvente orgânico e o dito oligómero fluoroquímico sendo representado pela fórmula geral X-M^ f^ ~n~M^ h^ ~m~M^ a^ ~r~-G onde X representa o radical de um iniciador ou hidrogênio; M^ f^ representa unidades derivadas de monómeros fluorados; M^ h^ representa unidades derivadas de monómeros não fluorados; M^ a^ representa unidades que possuem um grupo silila representado pela fórmula (II) onde cada um de Y^ 4^, Y^ 5^ e Y^ 6^ independentemente representa um grupo alquila, um grupo arila ou um grupo hidrolisável; G é um grupo orgânico monovalente que compreende o radical de um agente de transferência de cadeia; n representa um valor de 1 a 100; m representa um valor de O a 100; r representa um valor de 0 a 100; e n+m+r é pelo menos 2; com a condição de que pelo menos uma das condições a seguir seja preenchida: (a) G é um grupo orgânico monovalente que contém um grupo silila com a fórmula (III): onde Y^ 1^, Y^ 2^ e Y^ 3^ cada um independentemente representa um grupo alquila, um grupo arila ou um grupo hidrolisável com pelo menos um de Y^ 1^, Y^ 2^ e Y^ 3^ representando um grupo hidrolisável; ou (b) r é pelo menos 1 e pelo menos um de Y^ 4^,Y^ 5^ e Y^ 6^ representa um grupo hidrolisável.
