Abstract

"MULTIPLICADOR DE VELOCIDADE DE PROJEçãO PARA MEIO DE EXIBIçãO DE CRISTAL LìQUIDO". Trata-se de um método para multiplicar a velocidade de projeção de um sinal de vídeo de entrada tendo uma taxa de linha f~ H~in e uma velocidade de projeção f~ V~in, compreendendo as etapas de: propagar o sinal de vídeo de entrada através de memória apenas suficiente para retardar o sinal de vídeo de entrada por uma fração de um período de quadro 1/f~ V~in; acelerar o sinal de vídeo retardado para uma primeira taxa de linha mais rápida do que f~ H~in; acelerar o sinal de vídeo de entrada para uma segunda taxa de linha mais rápida do que f~ H~in; fornecer o sinal de vídeo acelerado e o sinal de vídeo acelerado retardado seq³encialmente, uma linha de cada vez; e gravar as linhas seq³encialmente fornecidas em um meio de exibição de cristal líquido na taxa de linha mais rápida, desse modo gravando pelo menos algumas das linhas múltiplas vezes em cada período de quadro. Um aparelho correspondente pode compreender: uma memória de quadro parcial; duas memórias de aceleração; um multiplexor; e uma fonte de sinais de controle e relógio.
