Abstract

"LâMINA DE SERRA ESTRUTURAL". Uma lâmina de serra contínua estrutural (10, 110) é definida por uma pluralidade de dentes (12, 112) espaçados um em relação ao outro com ajuste e altura variável, e uma borda traseira (46, 146) localizada no lado oposto da lâmina em relação ao gume. Cada dente da lâmina de serra contínua define uma ponta (40, 140), uma superfície de inclinação (42, 142) formada em um lado da ponta, uma superfície de folga primária (44, 144) formada no lado oposto da ponta em relação à superfície de inclinação, uma superfície de folga secundária (48, 148) adjacente à superfície primária, e uma superfície de folga terciária (50, 150) adjacente à superfície secundária. As superfícies primária, secundária e terciária definem, respectivamente, primeiro, segundo e terceiro ângulos de incidência agudos (A, B, C) onde o segundo ângulo é menor do que o primeiro ângulo e o terceiro ângulo é maior do que ambos os ângulos.
