제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 팁을 공구본체에 부착한 상태를 공고외주측에서 본 확대도, 제2도는 본 실시예에 관한 팁의 정면도, 제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ방향에서의 화살표시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 다각형 평판형상을 이루고, 두께방향으로 대향하는 상하면(2), (3)의 한쪽이 여유면으로 되고, 다른쪽이 공구본체(5)의 팁부착시이트(6)에 밀착하는 부착시이트면으로 되며, 이들 상하면(2), (3)의 주위에 배치되는 측면이 경사면(rake sufrace)으로 이루어지는 드로우어웨이팁에 있어서, 상기한 각 측면(8)을, 각 측면의 양단측에 배치되어 상기한 상하면과 직교하는 평탄면(9)과, 이들 평탄면 사이로 배치되고 그 평탄면과의 교차부에서 이 측면의 중앙측으로 향함에 따라 점차 크게 함몰하는 오목면(10)으로 구성하고, 상기한 오목면과 상하면과의 교차능선부에 주절삭날(11)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 평탄면(9)과 상하면과의 교차부에, 이들 상하면의 한쪽 및 평탄면과 둔각으로 교차하고, 또한 선단이 평탄면에 인접하여 교차하는 다른 평탄면(9)에 도달하는 부여유면(12)을 형성하고, 이 부여유면(12)과 상기한 다른 평탄면과의 교차능선부에 부절삭날(13)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
