Abstract

기재 가공 공구에서 부착 가능한 절삭 삽입체는, 특히 회전의 경우, 각각의 작동 절삭 코너에 인접한 바나나 또는 C형태의 돌기(11)를 갖는다. 돌기의 오목한 면은 절삭 코너 방향으로 향한다. 이와 같은 돌기가 없는 상응하는 삽입체와 비교하여 볼 때 더 나은 칩 조절이 가능하다. 따라서, 칩 유동은 작은 것 및 큰 절삭 깊이양쪽에서 가공된 표면으로부터 멀어지고 칩은 적절한 길이로 절단된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 상부 칩면, 상기 상부 칩면과 사실상 평행 평면인 하면 및 이들 두 표면 사이에 연장된 적어도 세개의 측면(1)을 포함하고, 인접한 측면(1)은 라운드된 코너(3)에서 만나고, 적어도 한개의 코너가 각각 주 절삭 에지(4) 및 코너 절삭 에지(5)를 형성하는 라인을 따라서 칩면에 연결되는 절삭 삽입체에서, 긴 만곡 돌기(11)가 각 코너 절삭 에지에 인접하여 제공되고, 이 돌기의 오목한 면이 코너를 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭삽입체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상하 양면이 모두 지지부에 대한 접촉을 위한 안착면(2,18)을 갖는, 이중 면인 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주 절삭 에지(4) 및 코너 절삭 에지(5)가 침면상의 에지 보강 랜드(6)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 돌기(11) 및 에지 보강 랜드(6)를 갖는 부속 절삭 코너가 상기 랜드 및 돌기(11)보다 낮은 위치에 위치한 표면(12)의 범위를 정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
