Claims (4)

  1. 다각형 평판형상을 이루고, 두께방향으로 대향하는 상하면의 한쪽이 정면여유면으로 되고 다른쪽이 공구본체(11)에의 부착면(13)으로 되며, 이들 상하면의 주위에 배치된 측면(14)의 적어도 한개가 상기한 정면여유면(12)에 대하여 예각으로 교차하는 방향으로 경사하는 포지티브 경사면으로 되고, 이 포지티브 경사면과 정면여유면의 교차능선부에는 마무리절삭날(17)이 형성되어서 이루어지는 드로우어웨이팁에 있어서, 상기한 정면여유면(12)의 코너부 중에서 마무리절삭날(17)의 일단측에 위치하는 코너부에, 그 정면여유면과 직교하는 방향에서의 평면으로 보아 상기한 마무리절삭날(17)의 일부와 둔각으로 교차하는 절결면(18)을 형성하고, 이 절결면과 마무리 절삭날에 대한 포지티브 경사면의 교차농선부에 외주절삭날(19)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 정면여유면(12)의 모든 코너부에 절결면(18) 및 외주 절삭날(19)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어 웨이팁.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 외주절삭날(19)이 정면여유면(12)과 직교하는 방향으로 차지하는 폭이, 0.2mm 내지 1.0mm의 범위로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 마무리절삭날(17)이 볼록곡선형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
