제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따른 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 터닝 플레이트로서 구성되고, 커터 전면부를 가지고 있는 적어도 1개의 커터 플레이트를 구비하고, 상기 커터 플레이트가 최소한 1개의 체결편을 사용하여 공구헤드에 형성되는 홈에 체결 고정될수 있는 구멍연삭공구에 있어서, 커터 전면부(19)에 커터 플레이트(3)의 종방향 축선에 거의 평행을 이루고, 적합하기로는 그 종방향 축선에 대해서 대칭으로 배치되는 적어도 2개의 홈(37)이 형성되고, 상기 홈(37)들은 체결편(5)의 커터 전면부측의 지지면에 기점을 둔 돌기(43)과 같이 작용하여 형상 구속적인 회동 저지부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍연삭공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 홈(37) 또는 돌기(43)이 V자 형상의 프랭크에 의하여 구분 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 프랭크가 상호 140°내지 40°의 각도를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 프랭크가 상호 120°내지 70°의 각도를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 프랭크가 상호 90°의 각도를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 홈(37)이 커터 플레이트(3)의 커터 전면부(19)의 전 길이를 관통하도록 연장되고, 또 돌기(43)이 체결편(5)의 지지면의 전폭을 관통하도록 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 홈(37)이 커터 플레이트(3)의 커터 전면부(19)의 전 길이를 관통하도록 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 돌기(43)이 체결편(5)의 지지면의 전폭을 관통하도록 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커트플레이트(3)이 오목부(9)의 내측에서 변위 자재하도록 회동 저지부가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회동 저지부의 홈(37)과 돌출부 (43)이 커터 플레이트(3)의 변위 방향으로 평행으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  11. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커트플레이트(3)의 홈(37)을 구비하는 접촉면(E1)과, 체결편(5)의 돌기(43)을 구비하는 접촉면(E2)가 체결편(5)의 크램프립(21)의 단부로부터 체결편(5)의 체결나사(29)의 방향으로 개방되는 형상을 한 예각(α)를 이루고 교차되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭 공구.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 예각(α)가 1°내지 10°의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭공구.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 예각(α)가 1°내지 3°의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍 연삭공구.
