Claims (9)

  1. 원피스(one-piece) 공구지지대내에 교체가능하게 고정되고 체결캡 10을 형성하는 공구지지대 11의 반대쪽 죠우 17과 접촉하며, 죠우와 공통으로 형성된 각주(prismatic) 체결면(5, 5a, 5b) 및 상기 체결갭 10을 좁히는 조임 스크류를 갖는, 절삭비트 혹은 조각삽입물을 갖는 절삭공구에 있어서, 체결갭 10의 개구단을 향한 힘성분 15가 절삭비트에 작용하도록 조작된 조임스크류 12에 의해 당겨진 체결력 13의 방향 14로 비스듬히 향하는 최소하나의 별도로 형성된 체결면 표면부 5a가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 체결표면부 5a가 체결스크류 13에 대하여 예각 16을 이룸을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  3. 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 최소 하나의 죠우 17의 체결면이 체결갭의 세로방향 4로 서로 연이어 이룬 최소 2개의 부위 5a, 5b로 분리되고 그 하나가 체결력 13의 방향으로 비스듬히 향하고 조임스크류 12의 조작시 체결력의 분력 15를 생성함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  4. 3항에 있어서 조임스크류 12후 및 결합하는 체결표면부 5b앞에 갭 개구부 4방향으로 설치되며 이들 인접한체결표면부의 반대편 받침편은 체결갭의 개구선단으로부터의 거리가 증가함에 따라 분지됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  5. 1항 내지 4항중 어느 항에 있어서, 체결력 13에 대하여 비스듬히 향하는 체결표면부 5a를 갖는 죠우가 조임스크류 12에 의해 직접 조절될 수 있는 체결발톱(Clamping claw)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  6. 1항 내지 5항중 어느 항에 있어서, 별도로 형성된 체결표면부 5a상에 받침을 위하여 죠우 17로부터 체결갭 10내부로 돌출한 돌기 20을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  7. 1항 내지 6항중 어느 항에 있어서, 체결갭의 세로축 4방향으로 향하는 볼록(凸) 및/혹은-오목(凹)하게 아아치를 이룬 5, 5a, 5b를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  8. 체결갭 10을 형성하는 공구지지대의 반대편 죠우 17상에 받침을 위하여 반대편에 설치된 각주(Prismatic)체결면 5, 5a, 5b를 갖는 절삭공구 삽입물에 있어서, 최소 하나의 면상에 별도의 체결표면부 5, 5a, 5b가 세로방향 4으로 서로 연이은 다른 평면으로 놓여지게 형성되고, 상기 체결표면부 5, 5a, 5b는 함께 반대면을 향해 개구되는 예각웨지 8경계부(boundary)를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  9. 6항에 있어서, 예각웨지 8을 형성하도록 설치된 체결표면부 5a, 5b중 하나인 5는 반대면의 체결면 5에 평행을 이룸을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
