Abstract

본 발명은 베이스상의 고체 연결부내에 놓여서 이 베이스와 함께 레일부를 형성하는 고내마모성 재료, 예를들어 폴리크리스탈린 다이아몬드 재료로 된 절삭날을 갖추고, 다수의 레일부가 내마모성 재료, 예를 들어 고경드 재료로 만들어지고 그 단면을 장방형 형태를 취하는 홀더를 따라 직렬로 배열된 띠형태의 절단기구에 관한 것이다. 홀더에는 홀더내로 대각선으로 돌출되는 홈을 각각 갖춘 인접한 두 가장자리를 따라 두 홈의 면이 레일부의 절삭날에 이르도록 레일부가 놓이는 나란한 면이 제공되어 두 홈 사이에 위치한 면이 홀더상에 나사결합될 수 있는 조임편에 의해 형성되고 이 조임편은 두 홈내에 고정된 모든 레일부를 선택적으로 홀더에 대해 조인다.

제2도는 제1도에 따른 배열로 이루어진 레일부의 확대단면도,
제3도는 레일부가 제거된 홀더의 확대단면도.
제4도는 제1도와 유사한 도면으로, 레일부를 부착하기 위한 고정편을 갗춘 홀더의 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 베이스(25)상의 고체 연결부내에 놓여서 이 베이스와 함께 레일부(4, 23)를 형성하는 고내마모성 재료, 예를 들어 폴리크리스탈린 다이아몬드 재료로 된 절삭날(5, 24)을 갖추고, 다수의 레일부(4, 23)는 내마모성 재료, 예를 들어 고경도재료로 만들어지고 그 단면을 장방형 형태를 취하는 홀더(1)를 따라 직렬로 배열되는 띠형태의 절단기구에 있어서, 홀더(1)에는 홀더(1)내로 대각선으로 돌출되는 홈을 각각 갖춘 인접한 두 가장자리(2, 3 : 19)를 따라 두 홈의 면(13, 14 : 20, 21)이 레일부(4, 23)의 절삭날(5, 24)에 이르도록 레일부(4, 23)가 놓이는 나란한 면(l3, 14 : 20, 21)이 홀더에 제공되어 두 홈 사이에 위치한 면이 홀더상(1)에 나사결합될 수 있는 조임편에 의해 형성되고 이 조임편은 두 홈내에 고정된 모든 레일부(4)를 선택적으로 홀더(1)에 대해 조이는 것을 특징으로 하는 띠형태의 절단기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 홈이 가장자리(2, 3)에 대칭적으로 그 면(13, 14)이 형성되도록 가장자리(2, 3)에 앞서는 홀더(1)의 벽(8, 9)내에 고정됨으로써, 절삭날(5)은, 그에 의해 형성된 절삭날(26)이 레일부(4)와 나란히 배치되고 그에 대해 축방향으로 배치될 수 있도록 그 베이스(11)가 레일부에 옆으로 형성되고 베이스(11)에 대향하는각(12)이 사실상 직각을 형성하는 삼각형 단면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 띠형태의 절단기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 홈이 홈의 면(20)이 가장자리(19)를 향해 배치되고 홈의 개구가 홀더(1)의 측부위로 연장될 수 있도록 가장자리(19)에 고점됨으로써, 레일부(23)는 그 절삭날(24)이 홈의 개부부내로 근접하는 홀더(1)의 벽(22)과 같은 높이에 오도록 홈내에 끼워맞춤됨을 특징으로 하는 띠형태의 절단기구.
