Abstract

본 발명은 버스 내장재 절단톱의 각도조절지그에 관한 것으로, 지면과 맞닿은 기준면(10)이 하측에 형성되고, 상기 기준면(10)이 연결되는 일측과 타측에 소정각도의 경사를 지니는 경사면(11)과 접촉면(12)이 각각 형성되며, 상기 경사면(11) 내부에 요홈부(20)가 경사면(11)과 평행하게 형성되고, 이 요홈부(20)에 버스 내장재용 절단톱(30)의 하단지지대(31)를 끼워 버스 내장재(2)를 가공할 수 있도록 한 것인 바, 본 발명은 버스 내장재의 절단작업시 다양한 각도의 각도조절지그를 구비하여 작업을 하므로써, 작업속도가 빨라지고, 작업의 정밀성이 향상되어 작업의 생산성이 증가되는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 지면과 맞닿은 기준면(10)이 하측에 형성되고, 상기 기준면(10)이 연결되는 일측과 타측에 소정각도의 경사를 지니는 경사면(11)과 접촉면(12)이 각각 형성되며, 상기 경사면(11) 내부에 경사면(11)과 평행하게 요홈부(20)가 형성되고, 이 요홈부(20)에 버스 내장재용 절단톱(30)의 하단지지대(31)를 끼워 버스 내장재(2)를 가공할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 버스 내장재용 절단톱의 각도조절지그.
