Abstract

목적 : 커터를 약체화 시키지 않고, 커터를 확실하게 유지하도록 한 팁 드레서의 커터 유지장치를 제공한다.
구성 : 커터홀더(1)의 양면 중심부에 각각 오목부(3)를 형성하고, 이 오목부에 각각 커터(8)가 유지되는 팁 드레서의 커터 유지장치에 있어서, 상기 각 오목부에 커터 재치용의 홈과 절삭 부스러기 배출용의 관통구멍(5)이 형성되고, 이커터 재치홈에 재치되는 커터의 하부 양 측면에 걸쳐 누름나사(6)용의 맞닿는 면(11)이 형성되며, 누름나사에 의해서 커터를 상기 흠의 양측면(12, 13)에 맞닿게 한 팁드레서의 커터 유지장치.

Claims (1)

  1. 커터홀더(1)의 양면 중심부에 각각 오목부(3)를 형성하고, 이 오목부(3)에 각각 커터가 유지되는 팁드레서의 커터 유지장치에 있어서, 상기 각 오목부(3)에 커터 재치용의 홈(4)과 절삭 부스러기 배출용의 관통구멍(5)을 형성하고, 이 커터 재치홈(4)에 재치되는 커터(8)의 하부양 측면에 걸쳐 누름 나사용의 맞닿는 면 (11)을 형성하여, 누름나사(6)로 커터(8)를 상기 홈(4)의 양측면에 눌러 접촉하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 팁 드레서의 커터 유지장치.
