Claims (10)
- 적어도 1개의 죔지지부재에 의하여 지지되는 적어도 1개의 커터판을 구비한 구멍의 내면을 가공하기 위한 정밀가공공구에 있어서, 커터판(2)이 그 커터판의 커터에지(11)와 정밀가공공구(1)의 길이 방향중심축선(17)을 통과하는 면(A)에 대하여 선회되고 있고, 작동 위치에 있는 커터에지(11)만이 상기 면(A)에 접촉하도록, 또한 죔지지부재(3)의 커터판(2)과는 반대측의 상면(16)이 상기 면(A)내에 있어서 절삭 칩 배출 공간(4)의 경계면을 형성하도록 커터판(2)이 정밀가공공구(1)의 본체에 형성되는 홈속에 배치되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커터판(26)의 커터에지(11)가 정밀가공공구(1')의 길이방향 축선(17)에 평행으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커터판(2,2a)의 커터에지(11)가 정밀가공공구(1,1')의 길이방향 축선(17)에 수직으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 리머 절삭날부로서 형성되는 커터판(2)의 측능으로서 커터에지(11)의 상기 길이방향 축선(17)과는 반대측에 접속하는 측능이 적어도 커터에지(11)의 릴리프면(13)의 영역에서 부절삭날(12)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 커터판(2)을 지지하는 죔지지부재(3)가 커터판(2)을 반경방향으로 위치 조정하기 위한 조정기구(7,8)에 대해서도 커터판(2)을 가압하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 죔지지부재(3)의 립형상 죔부(14)가 죔나사(9)를 수용하기 위하여 죔지지부재(3)에 형성되는 구멍(19)의 중심축선(18)에 수직을 이루는 면과 각도를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 립형상 죔부(14)가 커터판(2)의 방향으로 확대되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 죔지지부재(3)가 정밀가공공구의 본체내에 매설되고, 또 비틀림이 저지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커터판(2)의 횡단면이 저변을 맞댄 2개의 사다리꼴로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.
- 제9항에 있어서, 커터판(2)이 팁형상 죔부(14)측에 커터에지(11)에 접속되고 릴리프면(13) 및/또는 커터판의 중심축선에 관하여 대칭으로 배치되는 2개의 죔홈(15)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀가공공구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
