Abstract

본 발명은 삽입날은 사다리꼴형의 몸체로 되어 있고, 대체로 평평한 장착면을 포함하며, 대체로 평평한 정면은 장착면의 맞은편에 있으며, 그 사이에 형성된 적어도 한쌍의 대응 절삭부는 각각 칩면과 근접유동면을 가지며, 칩면의 각각은 정면에 형성된 홈에 의해 형성되며 유동면의 각각은 상기 측면의 하나로 형성되는 제로가 아닌 축각하에 공구홀더에 장착하기 위한 외주 분할 절삭삽입날에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 절삭 삽입날은 직선 홈(28, 30)이 몸체의 세로중앙축에 대해 몸체의 리이딩단부에서 래깅단부로 개방되며 예각(b)으로 확장한다는, 또한 홈의 깊이는 몸체의 래깅단부에서 리이딩단부로 계속 증가한다는, 그리고 홈은 그 길이로 굴곡(R1)의 대체로 동일한 단면 편심거리를 갖는다는 다수의 특징에 의해 개량된 것이다.

제3도는 제1도와 제2도에 따른 절단공구의 분할 절삭 삽입날의 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 그 삽입날은 사다리꼴의 몸체로 되어있고, 대체로 평평한 장착면을 포함하여, 대체로 평평한 평면은 상기장착면의 맞은편에 있고, 상기 평면과 장착면 사이에 형성되어, 맞은편에 적어도 한쌍의 절삭부를 갖는 측면은 각각의 칩면 및 근접유동면을 가지며, 그 각각의 칩면은 평면에 형성된 홈에 의해 형성되고, 유동면은 각각 상기 측면 중 하나에 의해 형성되며, 직선의 홈(28, 30)은 몸체의 세로중앙측(32)에 대해 몸체의 리이딩 단부에서 래깅단누로 개방되어 예각(b)으로 확장되고, 홈의 깊이는 몸체의 래깅단부에서 리이딩단부로 계속해서 증가하며 홈은 길이로 굴곡(R1)의 대체로 동일한 단면편심거리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제로는 아닌 측각으로 공구홀더에 장착되는 외주분할 절삭삽입날.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 홈은 몸체의 축에 대해 5-10도로 확장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭삽입날.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 홈의 깊이가 거의 동일하게 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭삽입날.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각(b), 홈의 깊이증가, 굴곡(R1) 편심거리는 리이딩 단부 및 래깅단부에 칩각이 미리 결정된 축각(a)을 위해 일치하도록 서로 관련되어 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입날.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 절삭부에 근접한 측면(34, 26)의 유동면(40)은 절삭부가 평면(18)의 평면부에서 다소 블록하도록, 그리고 장착상태에서 대체로 동일한 유동각을 갖도록 약간 휘어진 형태로 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입날.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유동면(40)는 비교적 더큰 편심거리(R)를 이용하여 아치형으로 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입날.
  7. 제1,2,6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 홈은 평평한 사디리꼴의 소재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입날.
