Abstract

본 발명은 리머 팁(reamer tip)에 관한 것으로서, 그 리머 팁은 주절삭 연부와, 그 주 절삭 연부에 인접한 보조 절삭 연부와, 약 7°의 제1뒷면각(back angle)을 가지는 경사진 제1플랭크(flank) 영역과 보조 절삭 연부에서 제1플랭크 영역까지 연장되며 제1뒷면각 보다 작은 제2뒷면각을 가지는 경사진 제2플랭크 영역을 포함하며 주 절삭 연부 및 보조 절삭 연부의 영역에 구비된 플랭크를 포함한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 리머 팁(reamer tip)의 정면(正面:face)의 평면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ를 따라 취한 단면도, 제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시된 팁의 절삭 연부의 확대도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 제2실시예의 리머 팁의 정면의 개략적인 평면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 제1주절삭 연부 및 그 제1절삭 연부와 인접하는 제1보조 절삭 연부와, 약 7°의 뒷면각을 가지는 경사진 제1플랭크 영역과, 제1보조 절삭 연부에 인접하며 제1보조 절삭 연부에서부터 제1플랭크 영역까지 연장되 제1 뒷면각 보다 작은 제2뒷면각을 가지는 경사진 제2플랭크 영역을 포함하며, 제1주절삭 연부 및 제1보조 절삭 연부의 영역에 제공된 플랭크를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2플랭크 영역의 제2뒷면각이 0.5°내지 1.5°인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2뒷면각이 약 1°인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2플랭크 영역이 보조 절삭 연부의 횡방향으로 0.06 내지 0.1㎜의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폭이 약 0.08㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랭크가 제1플랭크 영역에 인접하며 상기 제1뒷면각 보다 큰 제3뒷면각을 가지는 경사진 제3플랭크 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제3뒷면각이 약 15°인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제1주절삭 연부의 지름 방향 반대쪽에 위치한 제2주절삭 연부와 상기 제2주절삭 연부에 인접한 제2보조 절삭 연부를 추가로 구비하며, 상기 제1 및 제2보조 절삭 연부는 팁의 개별적인 종방향 연부들을 따라 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팁이 사각형이며, 제1보조 절삭 연부가 팁의 길이 방향 연부를 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팁은, 각각이 각이 각 보조 절삭 연부와 인접하는 주 절삭 연부를 형성하는 다각형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다각형이 육각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
  12. 둘레에 제1홈과 제2홈이 형성된 본체와, 제1홈에 수납되는 팁을 구비하며, 상기 팁은 주 절삭 연부와, 상기 주 절삭 연부에 인접하는 보조 절삭 연부와, 약 7°의 뒷면각을 가지는 경사진 제1플랭크부와, 보조 절삭 연부로부터 제1플랭크 영역까지 연장되고 제1뒷면각 보다 작은 제2뒷면각을 가지며 보조 절삭 연부에 인접한 경사진 제2플랭크 영역을 가지며, 주절삭 연부 및 보조 절삭 연부의 영역에 제공된 플랭크를 포함하며, 상기 2개의 제2홈에는 2개의 안내 부재가 각각 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머 팁.
