Abstract

"PROCESSO DE ANáLISE E CADINHO PARA O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a determinação da hemoglobina, que compreende a etapa de introduzir uma amostra do sangue total não-diluído pela ação capilar em um microcadinho descartável que apresenta pelo menos uma cavidade para receber a amostra. A cavidade inclui um agente de hemólise seco essencialmente não-higroscópico, que é dissolvido pelo sangue, hemolisa as glóbulos vermelhos do sangue e libera a hemoglobina contida nos glóbulos do sangue. Uma primeira medição de absorção em uma faixa de comprimento de onda de 490-520 nm é então executada dirotamente na amostra no microcadinho, e uma segunda medição de absorção é executada para compensar a interferência de fundo.
