Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE ZEóLITO, PRODUTO DE ZEóLITO, E, COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE". Um zeólito A ou uma mistura de A/X tendo um LCC > 70 g de líquido/100 g de zeólito (hidratado) e um CER de água fria > 200 mg de CaCO~ 3~/g de zeólito anidro (hidratado). O produto zeólito pode ter um tamanho de cristal de 0,1 a 0,7 mícron, uma densidade em massa de 0,19 a 0,37 g/ml e um tamanho de partícula médio de 1 a 5 mícrons. Um processo para produzir o zeólito A ou misturas de A/X é também reivindicado incluindo a mistura de uma solução de silicato de sódio, uma solução de aluminato de sódio, e um gel iniciador de aluminossilicato amorfo em um vaso de mistura para criar um gel de síntese de aluminossilicato, e cristalizando-se o gel de síntese de, aluminossilicato para formar cristais de zeólito. A solução de aluminato de sódio pode ser adicionada gradualmente pelo menos à solução de silicato de sódio em uma taxa de cerca de 1 a 5% da batelada total de alumina por minuto, e/ou um percentual da batelada total de alumina pode ser adicionado como pó de triidrato de alumina (ATH). A quantidade da batelada total de alumina adicionada como uma fonte não dissolvida de alumina solúvel é a presença ou ausência do gel iniciador ou "semente" determina se o produto zeólito resultante é uma mistura de A/X ou apenas o zeólito A. Um processo para aumentar o rendimento de uma mistura de síntese é igualmente reivindicado, compreendendo o fornecimento de alumina não dissolvida em substancial excesso de exigências estequiométricas em uma etapa de cristalização primária, produzindo uma lama de zeólito A cristalino em um líquido mãe enriquecido com alumina, e então adicionando-se silicato solúvel para iniciar um segundo estágio de cristalização muito rápido. Os detergentes contendo os zeólitos desta invenção são reivindicados.
