"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA ATIVAçãO AUTOMATIZADA DE UMA EMBREAGEM". A invenção refere-se a um veículo automotor com um motor de acionamento e uma caixa de câmbio com um equipamento para ativação automatizada de uma embreagem na linha de acionamento, bem como a um processo para controle, sendo que, quando da presença de um número de rotações de caixa de câmbio menor do que um valor-limite e uma ativação do pedal de marcha diferente de zero e menor do que um valor-limite, ocorre uma introdução de medidas de alarme para identificação por parte do motorista de uma situação de abuso.
