"CONJUNTO DE SEGURANçA E PROCESSO PARA O ESTACIONAMENTO SEGURO DE UM VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de segurança e a um processo para o estacionamento seguro de um veículo automotor, com um acionamento, uma embreagem, um câmbio com a menos uma primeira posição de marcha e ao menos uma roda, sendo que, com a embreagem fechada em uma primeira posição de câmbio, está fechada uma aderência entre ao menos uma roda e o acionamento do veículo automotor, abrangendo um conjunto de registro de paralisação de acionamento para registrar uma paralisação do acionamento do veículo automotor, um conjunto de registro de posição do câmbio para registrar se o câmbio está na primeira posição de câmbio, bem como um conjunto de fechamento de embreagem, para fechar a embreagem quando o conjunto de registro de paralisação de acionamento determinar a paralisação do acionamento e quando o conjunto de registro de posição do câmbio registrar que o câmbio é encontrado na primeira posição de câmbio.
