Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE ESTATOR DE MOTOR ALTERNADO". é fornecida uma estrutura de estator de um motor alternado. Na estrutura de estator de um motor alternado, uma espiral é enrolada em torno de uma bobina; uma pluralidade de elementos de núcleo empilhado unitário 61 de uma espessura predeterminada, cada um dos quais é formado empilhando uma pluralidade de folhas de laminação formadas de chapas finas em formato predeterminado, e radialmente posicionados na circunferência externa da bobina; e um isolador de injeção combinando a pluralidade de bobinas empilhadas unitárias com uma circunferência externa da bobina. Consequentemente, é possível para reduzir o número de partes que formam o estator e para simplificar a estrutura do estator. portanto, é possível reduzir o tempo para montar as partes e processos de montar as partes, para assim aperfeiçoar a produtividade de montagem.
