Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "LAMINADOR E TREM DO LAMINADOR".A invenção provê um laminador e um trem de laminador que sãocompactos. Os redutores a serem acoplados a eles podem sercompactos. Pode-se impedir que as superfícies internas dos tubosa serem laminados com o laminador e o trem do laminador setornem um tanto quadradas. O laminador compreende umapluralidade de cilindros dispostos simetricamente em torno da linhade trajeto do laminador, uma engrenagem chanfrada deacionamento anular com diâmetro grande para acionar e girar oscilindros, um mecanismo de eixo de entrada para girar aengrenagem chanfrada de acionamento, uma pluralidade demecanismos de transmissão dispostas em intervalos regulares aolongo da engrenagem chanfrada de acionamento e um alojamentopara mantê-las. O mecanismo de eixo de entrada (i) tem um eixo deentrada inserido no alojamento a partir da parte de fora e umaengrenagem chanfrada de entrada com um diâmetro pequenomontado no eixo de entrada e engatando a engrenagem chanfradade acionamento e (ii) disposto entre dois mecanismos detransmissão adjacentes. Com o eixo de entrada dispostohorizontalmente, o ângulo de fase da unidade de cilindro pode serajustado minuclosamente.
