Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE UMA PENEIRA MOLECULAR E CATALISADOR". Descreve-se um processo de tratamento térmico de uma peneira molecular. O processo compreende prover uma peneira molecular contendo gabarito, aquecer a peneira molecular sob condições eficazes para remover uma porção do gabarito da peneira molecular e resfriar a peneira molecular aquecida para dar uma quantidade de gabarito eficaz para cobrir sítios catalíticos na peneira molecular. Também é provida uma composição de catalisador que compreende uma peneira molecular tendo uma estrutura microporosa e um aglutinante, em que entre 10 e 90%, em volume, da estrutura microporosa são ocupados por um material, o material compreendendo um gabarito ou um resíduo carbonáceo de um gabarito, e a composição de catalisador demonstra um índice de Davison não maior do que 30.
