Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM TUBO DE DUAS CâMARAS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um tubo de duas câmaras com uma parede divisória (9) se estendendo para dentro da cabeça do tubo, caracterizado pelas seguintes etapas: a) inserção de uma parede divisória (9) na fenda (8) de um mandril auxiliar (6), b) deslizamento de um corpo tubular (11) pré-fabricado para cima do mandril auxiliar (6) equipado com a parede divisória (9), c) transferência axial da peça em bruto (12) produzida na etapa b do mandril auxiliar (6) para um mandril de prensa (2), d) adução dosada de uma porção fundida de um material de plástico para dentro de uma matriz (3), e) adução do mandril de prensa (2) com peça em bruto (12) em alinhamento axial à matriz (3) com a porção de um material de plástico para amoldagem de uma cabeça de tubo à peça em bruto (12), f) compressão da porção de material entre mandril de prensa (2) e matriz (3) para uma cabeça de tubo sob simultânea produção de uma união firma com o corpo tubular (11) como também com o segmento da parede divisória (9) disposto na região de cabeça de tubo mediante fechamento do molde de prensa, g) abertura do molde de prensa, deslizamento para fora do mandril de prensa (2) e extração do tubo de duas câmaras pronto. A invenção refere-se também a um dispositivo para realização do processo.
