Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE MATRIZ DE HIDROCONFORMAçãO PARA HIDROCONFORMAR UMA PEçA A PARTIR DE UMA PREFORMA TUBULAR E MéTODO DE PRODUZIR UMA PEçA HIDROCONFORMADA". Um método e aparelho para configurar uma preforma de tubo (40) em uma peça perfilada. A peça pode ser configurada no interior de um conjunto de matriz incluindo uma estrutura de matriz de hidroconformação (12, 14) e um par de punções de engate com o tubo (81). Os punções são inseridos no interior das extremidades da preforma de tubo para perfilar as extremidades com a configuração desejada. A porção mediana da preforma de tubo é conformada com a configuração desejada por hidroconformação. Assim, o método e aparelho podem conformar a preforma de tubo ao longo de sua inteira extensão, não deixando quaisquer porções remanescentes da preforma de tubo que tenham de ser aparadas e cortadas fora.
