Abstract
"MéTODO PARA HIDROFORMAçãO DE MEMBROS TUBULARES'' Trata-se de membros tubulares (10) para uso em chassis de veículo que são facilmente e economicamente produzidos utilizando-se um processo de hidroformação no qual um fluído em alta pressão é apresentado junto ao interior de um membro tubular (10), desse modo causando que o tubo se expanda para ir de encontro às paredes interiores de uma matriz de molde (35). Os membros tubulares (10) podem ser formados possuindo variações significantes em sua circunferência, diâmetro ao longo de seus comprimentos, ou calibre ao longo de seus comprimentos por utilizar uma peça em bruto estampada (15) possuindo um formato predeterminado que é formatada em um tubo pré-formado (25) que grosseiramente espelha o formato do membro tubular acabado desejado (10).
