Abstract

"MéTODO PARA CONFORMAR POR PRENSA HIDRáULICA RECIPIENTES DE METAL E SIMILARES". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de conformar um recipiente de metal em formato em garrafa ou outro contorno submetendo-se uma pré-forma de metal oca tendo uma extremidade fechada para pressão fluida interna para fazer com que a pré-forma se expanda contra a parede de uma cavidade da matriz (10) definindo formato desejado, e avançando um perfurador (12) na cavidade da matriz (10) para deslocar e deformar a extremidade fechada da pré-forma tanto antes quanto depois que a expansão começar mas antes de completar. A etapa de submissão da pressão é desempenhada submetendo-se simultaneamente a pré-forma na cavidade da matriz pressões fluidas positivas internas e externas independentemente controláveis e variar a diferença entre elas para controlar a razão de esforço.
