Abstract
"MISTURA HERBICIDA, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR A MESMA, E, MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR VEGETAçãO INDESEJáVEL". A invenção refere-se a uma mistura herbicida contendo a) uma quantidade herbicidamente efetiva de um derivado de benzoíla 3-heterociclil substituído da fórmula (I) no qual as variáveis têm as seguintes significados: R^ 1^, R^ 2^ representam hidrogênio, halogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, C~ 1~C~ 6~ alquiltio, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquilsulfinila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquilsulfonila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquil halogeneto, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ haloalcóxi; R^ 3^ representa hidrogênio, halogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila; X representa um heterociclo escolhido do grupo de isoxazolila, 4,5-dihidroisoxazolila e tiazolila, onde o heterociclo pode opcionalmente ser substituído uma ou várias vezes com halogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquil halogeneto, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ haloalcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquiltio; R^ 4^ representa um pirazol a qual é ligada na posição 4 e a qual é da fórmula (II), onde R^ 5^ representa hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, R~ 6~ representa C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, ou os sais ambientalmente amigáveis do mesmo. A mistura herbicida da invenção também consiste de b) um auxiliar contendo i) um C~ 1~C~ 5~- alquil-C~ 5~-C~ 22~ alcanoato, ii) um ácido carboxílico C~ 10~-C~ 20~, iii) um éster fosfórico parcial ou um éster de ácido parcialmente sulfúrico de um polialquiléter monohidroxi funcional e iv) opcionalmente um alquil polioxialquileno poliéter em uma quantidade sinergisticamente efetiva.
