Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PANELA DE FUNDIçãO, UM SISTEMA DE AQUECIMENTO PARA A PANELA DE FUNDIçãO E PROCESSOS PARA AQUECER A PANELA DE FUNDIçãO"<D>. Uma panela de fundição depois de ter derramado para uma fundição contínua e uma descarga de escória subseq³ente, é montada em um carrinho para panela de fundição e então movida por meio do carrinho para panela de fundição até uma estação de sangramento. A panela de fundição sobre o carrinho para panela de fundição é então estacionada durante um tempo de espera predeterminado, e é então imediatamente movida até uma posição de sangramento para receber um aço derretido a partir de um conversor. A panela de fundição é rapidamente aquecida durante o tempo de espera, por meio de um sistema queimador do tipo regenerativo carregado por uma tapa de panela de fundição que é ligada à panela de fundição, para cobrir a abertura de topo da panela de fundição.
