Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DERIVADOS I DE QUINOLIN-4-ILA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula onde R^ 1^ é hidrogênio, alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, hidróxi, amino, nitro, ciano, alquil-amino inferior, di-alquil-amino inferior ou halogênio; R^ 2^ é fenila, optativamente substituída por alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, halogênio, trifluorometila, amino, alquil-amino inferior ou di-alquil-amino inferior, 2,3-dihidro-benzofuran-5-ila, croman-6-ila, naftalen-2-ila, indano-5-ila, alquil-fenila inferior, 5,6,7,8-tetrahidro-naftalenila, 2,3-dihidro-isoindol-2-ila, 1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-naftalenila, benzofuran-2-ila, benzo[b]tiofen-2-ila, alquil-fenila inferior, 3,4-dihidro-1H-isoquinolin-2-ila ou tiofen-3-ila; R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são independentemente de cada um hidrogênio ou alquila inferior; R^ 5^ é hidrogênio, alquila inferior, -CH~ 2~OH ou -CH~ 2~NR^ 6^R^ 7^; R^ 6^ e R^ 7^ são independentemente de cada um hidrogênio, alquila inferior, -(CH~ 2~)~ n~-fenila, cicloalquila, -(CH~ 2~)~ m~-morfolinila ou formam juntos com átomo N um anel saturado com 4-6 átomos de C; n é 0-3; m é 2-3; X é -NR^ 8^- ou -O-; ou X e R^ 5^ são juntos >N(CH~ 2~)~ 2~-; ou X e R^ 3^ são juntos >N(CH~ 2~)~ 3~-; e R^ 8^ é hidrogênio ou alquila inferior; e para sais de adição de ácido aceitáveis farmaceuticamente do mesmo, com exceção dos compostos seguintes (6-Cloro-2-fenil-4-quinolinil)-(+)-2-aminobutanol; (6-metil-2-fenil-4-quinolinil)-(+)-2-aminobutanol; (6-metóxi-2-fenil-4-quinolinil)-(+)-2-aminobutanol; e (8-metóxi-2-fenil-4-quinolinil)-(+)-2-aminobutanol; o qual pode ser usado para o tratamento de doenças, as quais referem-se aos bloqueadores específicos de receptores de NMDA.
