Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE CINTAS FINAS EM AçO DE TIPO "TRIP" E CINTAS FINAS ASSIM OBTIDAS"<D>. A invenção tem por objeto um processo de fabricação de cintas finas em aço de tipo "TRIP", segundo o qual: - se derrama diretamente a partir de aço líquido uma cinta de espessura compreendida entre 1,5 e 10 mm, preferencialmente 1 a 5 mm, esse aço tendo a composição (em percentagens ponderais) C% compreendido entre 0,05 e 0,25, (Mn + Cu + Ni) % compreendido entre 0,5 e 3, (Si + Al) % compreendido entre 0,1 e 4, (P + Sn + As + Sb) % inferior ou igual a 0,1, (Ti + Nb + V + Zr + terras raras) % inferior a 0,3, Cr % inferior a 1, Mo % inferior a 1, V % inferior a 1, o resto sendo o ferro e impurezas resultantes da elaboração; - se faz uma laminação a quente em linha dessa cinta a uma temperatura superior à temperatura Ar~ 3~ desse aço com uma taxa de redução compreendida entre 25 e 70% em um ou vários passes; - se faz um primeiro resfriamento forçado dessa cinta a uma velocidade compreendida entre 5 e 100°C/s;- se deixa permanecer a cinta a temperaturas compreendidas entre 550 e 400°C, durante o tempo necessário para que aí se produza uma transformação bainítica com uma proporção de austenita residual superior a 5%, evitando a formação de perlita, depois se interrompe essa transformação por um segundo resfriamento forçado dessa cinta que a leva a uma temperatura inferior a 400°C; - se faz uma bobinagem dessa cinta a um temperatura inferior a 350°C. A invenção tem igualmente por objeto uma cinta fina em aço de tipo "TRIP" capaz de ser obtida pelo processo precedente.
