Abstract

Методът се използва за производство на полимер чрез полимеризация на мономер, съдържащ етиленова двойна връзка, в реакционен съд, имащ по повърхността на вътрешните стени предпазващ филм срещу полимерен налеп. С метода се съкращава времето за образуване на покриващ филм, подобряват се производителността и ефектът от предпазване прилепването на полимерен налеп. Освен това се намаляват смесените оцветени частици в полимерните продукти, рибешките очи и първоначалното обезцветяване на образуваните продукти. В резултат на това се повишава качеството на полимерните продукти и техните формовани или отлети продукти. По метода покриващият филм се образува чрез нанасяне на първа покриваща течност, съдържаща съединение, избрано от групата, състояща се от съединение с 5 или повече спрегнати Пи връзкии хетероциклично съединение с 5 или повече спрегнати Пи връзки. След това се нанася втора покриваща течност върху първия слой. Първата и втората покриваща течност се прилагат чрез пара като носител. Втората покриваща течност има повърхност с ъгъл на омокряне от вода, по-малък от 600, след като нейната повърхност е била приведена в контакт с разтворот смес от вода и винилхлориден мономер, в тегловно съотношение 1:1, при 500С за 1 h.
