Claims (15)
- 미리 만든 중합체나 중합체가소제를 25℃에서 물에 대한 최대용해도가 무게로 10%인 중합할 수 있는 α,β-에틸렌같은 불포화 단량체에 용해시켜서, 표면활성제가 있는 물에 안전하게 분산시키는데, 이때 분산계내에 있는 불포화단량체는 중합되어서 미리 만든 중합체나 중합체가 소재와 불포화 단량체에서 만들어진 중합체가 혼합되어 필름을 형성하는 중합체입자들의 분산입자를 만드는데, 이때 중합작용을 일으키기전에 물에 있는 안전한 분산계의 pH는 10이하이지만, 본 명세서에서 기술한 pH안정도 실험은 pH10-11 사이에 불안정한 상태로 나타나며, 표면활성제는 적어도 H.L.B 값이 8인 친수성-친유성으로 평형을 나타내는 양이온성 표면활성 제임을 특징으로 한 양이온성 전기이동법을 이용하여 필름을 형성하는 중합체입자들이 있는 분산액을 제조하는 방법.
- 탈염수 10g에 중합반응하기 전에 최한 분산계 5방울을 첨가하고 10-M 수산화칼륨용액으로 pH가 10-11이 되도록 처리한 다음 25℃에 10서시간동안 방치시키면 중합체가 형성되어 맑은 층이 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제1항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 필름을 형성하는 중합체 분산입자가 가열가소성 피막필름을 만드는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제1항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 미리 만든 중합체가 중합체 가소제와 결합된 두종류 이상의 중합체들과 혼합된 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제3항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 필름을 형성하는 중합체의 분산입자가 가열경화 성피막 필름을 만드는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제1항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 이미 형성되 중합체가 교차결합 반응에 관여할 보조반응기들과 반응기들을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제5항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 본 반응에 의하여 형성된 중합체가 반응기들과 교차결합 반응에 관여할 보조 반응기들을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제5항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 이미 형성된 중합체가 반응기를 함유하고 있고, 본 반응에 의하여 형성된 중합체가 보조반응기를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제5항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 중합체로된 필름을 형성하고 있는 성분들과 화학적으로 결합할 중합체가 소제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제5항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 분산계가 이미 형성된 중합체나 중합체 가소제와 본 반응에 의해 형성된 중합체 또는 그들 양쪽에 있는 반응기들과 반응할 교차결합제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제5항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 이미 형성된 중합체나 중합체가소제 및 본 반응에 의해 형성된 중합체가 히드록실기를 함유하며 교차결합제가 보조반응기를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제10항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 교차결합제가 분산계의 분산상과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제11항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 표면활성제가 중합체이며 필름을 형성하는 교차결합반으에 참여하는 반응기를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제5항에 의한 분산액 제조방법.
- 필름을 형성하는 중합체 입자들의 분산액을 청구범위 제1항에 의한 방법으로 제조하는 방법.
- 석출욕조가 청구범위 제14항에 의해 필름을 형성하는 중합체 입자들의 분산액인 것을 특징으로 한 양이온성 전해석출법에 의하여 기질에 피막된 필름을 퇴적시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
