Abstract

Procédé de préparation de penems substitués par un groupe 2-méthyle (I) utiles comme agents antibactériens ou comme produits intermédiaires pour la préparation d'agents antibactériens, ce procédé consistant à faire réagir un dérivé approprié d'azétidinone 1-imido-3,4-disubstituée avec un composé organique de phosphore trivalent dans un solvant inerte, à une température se situant entre 110 et 150 degres C pendant une période allant de 2 heures à quelques jours.
