Abstract

Vorgesehen wird eine pharmazeutische Amlodipinmaleat-Zusammensetzung mit guter Stabilität bei Formulierung mit einem pH innerhalb des Bereichs von 5,5 bis 7, gemessen als eine 20 Gew.-% wässrige Aufschlämmung. Die Stabilität kann auch unterstützt werden durch Herstellung der pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung aus Amlodipinmaleatteilchen mit einer durchschnittlichen Teilchengröße von mehr als 20 Mikron, vorzugsweise mehr als 100 Mikron.
