Abstract
METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO PIGMENTARIO EN PARTICULAS A PARTIR DE TETRAHALURO DE TITANIO, QUE COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: FORMAR UNA PRIMERA SOLUCION ACUOSA COMPUESTA DE UN TETRAHALURO DE TITANIO Y ACIDO SULFURICO Y CALENTAR A UNA TEMPERATURA SUFICIENTEMENTE ELEVADA, CON LO QUE REACCIONAN EL TETRAHALURO DE TITANIO Y EL ACIDO SULFURICO PARA PRODUCIR, UN PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO DISUELTO QUE COMPRENDE SULFATO DE TITANILO; CONTINUAR EL CALENTAMIENTO, CON LO CUAL EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO DISUELTO DEL SULFATO DE TITANILO ES OBLIGADO A CRISTALIZAR EN LA PRIMERA SOLUCION ACUOSA; SEPARAR EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO DE SULFATO DE TITANILO CRISTALIZADO DE LA PRIMERA SOLUCION ACUOSA; FORMAR UNA SEGUNDA SOLUCION ACUOSA; SOMETER EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO DISUELTO DE SULTATO DE TITANILO CRISTALIZADO A HIDROLISIS POR COMBINACION DE LA SEGUNDA SOLUCION ACUOSA CON UNA CANTIDAD ADICIONAL DEL MEDIO DISOLVENTE ACUOSO; SEPARAR EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO AMORFO EN PARTICULAS DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO DEL MED IO DISOLVENTE ACUOSO; CALCINAR EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO AMORFO EN PARTICULAS DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO PARA PROPORCIONAR UN PRODUCTO DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO CRISTALINO EN PARTICULAS Y RECUPERAR EL PRODUCTO CRISTALINO PRACTICAMENTE EN LA FORMA EN LA CUAL SE OBTIENE.
