Drawings to Specification. [Class 120 (iii).] In apparatus for rubbing and rolling portions of coir fibre, animal hair, and the like, in a narrow space between two relatively moving surfaces the space being bounded by lateral walls, apertures or windows in one or both such walls arrest the elongated ends of the fibre portions and fold them back thereby forming the fibre portions into approximately spherical shape and rubbing the elements continuously. The apparatus described in this Specification is indentical with that described in Specification 353,007. Specification 328,638, [Class 120 (iii), Yarns &c.], also is referred to.
