SE MANTIENE CONSTANTE LA RELACION DE LA PRESION DEL GAS A LA PRESION DEL MOSTO, REGULANDO LA CONCENTRACION DEL OXIGENO EN EL GAS LA OXIGENACION DEL MOSTO.
