Abstract

La presente invención describe el método de tratamiento y control de las fisiopatías que se producen durante el proceso de postcosecha de frutas que comprende la aplicación de una formulación acuosa que es un recubrimiento comestible y dicho recubrimiento comprende al menos un fosfolípido o al menos un polisorbato o al menos un éster de sorbitán o al menos un sucroéster de ácidos grasos o al menos un sucroglicérido de ácidos grasos o una combinación de los mismos, realizándose la aplicación durante una cualquiera de las etapas del proceso postcosecha a su envío y venta en su destino final. Reivindicación 1: Una formulación que comprende: 0.05% de sucroésteres de ácidos grasos; 0.02% de derivado de celulosa; 0.05% de glicol; 0.05% de alcohol; 0.03% de polímero de glucosa; 0.01% de sorbato de potasio; 0.2% de antiespumante; c.s. agua, con respecto al peso de la formulación. Reivindicación 15: Un método para el tratamiento postcosecha en fruta que comprende aplicar una formulación de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14 a la fruta durante una cualquiera de las etapas de un periodo postcosecha.
