Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al uso de compuestos 1,2,4-oxadiazol (hetero)aril sustituidos para controlar microorganismos nocivos, en particular hongos fitopatogénicos, en la protección de cultivos. También se refiere a nuevos compuestos 1,2,4-oxadiazol (hetero)aril sustituidos y composiciones que comprenden dichos compuestos. Reivindicación 1: El uso de un compuesto de fórmula (1) o una sal, N-óxido o solvato de este para controlar microorganismos nocivos en la protección de cultivos, en donde X es flúor o cloro; A¹ es N, CH o CF; A² es N, CH o CF; A³ es N, CH o CF y m es 1; o A³ es S y m es 0; R¹ y R² se seleccionan independientemente del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, ciano, alquilo-C₁-C₈, haloalquilo-C₁-C₈, alquenilo-C₂-C₈, haloalquenilo-C₂-C₈, alquinilo-C₂-C₈, haloalquinilo-C₂-C₈, alcoxicarbonilo-C₁-C₈, carbociclilo-C₃-C₇, arilo, heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros, heteroarilo, aril-alquilo-C₁-C₈, heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros-alquilo-C₁-C₈, heteroaril-alquilo-C₁-C₈ y carbociclil-C₃-C₇-alquilo-C₁-C₈, en donde dicho alquilo-C₁-C₈, alquenilo-C₂-C₈ y alquinilo-C₂-C₈ pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes Rᵃ y en donde dicho carbociclilo-C₃-C₇, arilo, heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros y heteroarilo, en cada caso como tales o como parte de un sustituyente compuesto, aril-alquilo-C₁-C₈, heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros-alquilo-C₁-C₈, heteroaril-alquilo-C₁-C₈ o carbociclil-C₃-C₇-alquilo-C₁-C₈, pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes Rᵇ, o R¹ y R² pueden formar, junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están unidos, un carbociclilo-C₃-C₇ o un heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros, en donde dicho carbociclilo-C₃-C₇ o heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes Rᵇ; Cy es arilo, heteroarilo, carbociclilo-C₃-C₁₀ o heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros; n es 0, 1, 2, 3 ó 4; R³ se selecciona independientemente del grupo que consiste en halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, amino, nitro, carboxilo, sulfanilo, pentafluoro-l⁶-sulfanilo, formilo, carbamoílo, carbamato, alquilo-C₁-C₆, cianoalquilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, alquenilo-C₂-C₆, haloalquenilo-C₂-C₆, alquinilo-C₂-C₆, haloalquinilo-C₂-C₆, alcoxi-C₁-C₆, haloalcoxi-C₁-C₆, alquilsulfanilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilsulfanilo-C₁-C₆, alquilsulfinilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilsulfinilo-C₁-C₆, alquilsulfonilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilsulfonilo-C₁-C₆, carbociclilo-C₃-C₇, halocarbociclilo-C₃-C₇, hidroxialquilo-C₁-C₆, alquilamino-C₁-C₆, di-(alquil-C₁-C₆)amino, alquilcarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxicarbonilo-C₁-C₆, haloalcoxicarbonil-C₁-C₆ alquilcarbamoílo-C₁-C₆, di-(alquil-C₁-C₆)carbamoílo, aminocarbonilo, alquilcarboniloxi-C₁-C₆, haloalquilcarboniloxi-C₁-C₆, alquilcarbonilamino-C₁-C₆, haloalquilcarbonilamino-C₁-C₆, alquilsulfonilamino-C₁-C₆, haloalquilsulfonilamino-C₁-C₆, sulfamoílo, alquilsulfamoílo-C₁-C₆, di-(alquil-C₁-C₆)sulfamoílo, arilo, aril-alquilo-C₁-C₆, heteroarilo, heteroaril-alquilo-C₁-C₆ y carbociclil-C₃-C₇, -alquilo-C₁-C₆, en donde dicho alquilo-C₁-C₆, alquenilo-C₂-C₆ y alquinilo-C₂-C₆ pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alcoxi-C₁-C₆ y haloalcoxi-C₁-C₆; y en donde dicho carbociclilo-C₃-C₇, arilo y heteroarilo, en cada caso como tales o como parte de los residuos compuestos aril-alquilo-C₁-C₆, heteroaril-alquilo-C₁-C₆ y carbociclil-C₃-C₇-alquilo-C₁-C₆, pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alquilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxi-C₁-C₆ y haloalcoxi-C₁-C₆; R⁴ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, hidroxi, formilo, alquilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, alquenilo-C₂-C₆, haloalquenilo-C₂-C₆, alquinilo-C₂-C₆, haloalquinilo-C₂-C₆, alquilcarbonilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilcarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alquiltiocarbonilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquiltiocarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxicarbonilo-C₁-C₆, haloalcoxicarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxi-C₁-C₆, haloalcoxi-C₁-C₆, alquilsulfonilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilsulfonilo-C₁-C₆, fenilsulfonilo, carbociclilo-C₃-C₁₀, heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros, arilo, heteroarilo, carbociclil-C₃-C₁₀-alquilo-C₁-C₆, carbociclil-C₃-C₁₀-haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, aril-alquilo-C₁-C₆, aril-haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, heteroaril-alquilo-C₁-C₆ y heteroaril-haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, en donde dicho alquilo-C₁-C₆, alquenilo-C₂-C₆, alquinilo-C₂-C₆, alquilcarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alquiltiocarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxicarbonilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxi-C₁-C₆ y alquilsulfonilo-C₁-C₆ pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, ciano, alcoxi-C₁-C₆ y haloalcoxi-C₁-C₆; y en donde dicho carbociclilo-C₃-C₇, arilo, heterociclilo de 3 a 10 miembros y heteroarilo, en cada caso como tales o como parte de un sustituyente compuesto carbociclil-C₃-C₁₀-alquilo-C₁-C₆, carbociclil-C₃-C₁₀-haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, aril-alquilo-C₁-C₆, aril-haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, heteroaril-alquilo-C₁-C₆ o heteroaril-haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, ciano, alquilo-C₁-C₆, haloalquilo-C₁-C₆, alcoxi-C₁-C₆ y haloalcoxi-C₁-C₆;
