Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a proteínas de unión a antígeno y fragmentos de las mismas que se unen específicamente a Antígeno de Maduración de Linfocitos B (BCMA), particularmente BCMA humano (hBCMA) y que inhiben la unión de BAFF y APRIL con el receptor de BCMA. Se desvelan adicionalmente composiciones farmacéuticas, exploración y procedimientos de tratamientos médico. Reivindicación 1: Una proteína de unión a antígeno caracterizada porque que se une específicamente a BCMA y que inhibe la unión de BAFFR y/o APRIL a BCMA siendo la proteína de unión a antígeno capaz de unirse a FcgRIIIA o siendo capaz de función efectora mediada por FcgRIIIA y siendo la proteína de unión a antígeno capaz de internalización. Reivindicación 3: La proteína de unión a antígeno de la reivindicación 2 caracterizada porque el fragmento de unión de antígeno tiene función efectora ADCC potenciada. Reivindicación 7: La proteína de unión a antígeno de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6 caracterizada porque comprende adicionalmente la proteína de unión a antígeno una o más de: CDRH1 de SEQ ID Nº 1, CDRH2: SEQ ID Nº 2, CDRL1: SEQ ID Nº 4, CDRL2: SEQ ID Nº 5 y/o CDRL3: SEQ ID Nº 6. Reivindicación 8: La proteína de unión a antígeno de acuerdo con la reivindicación 7 caracterizad porque comprende la proteína de unión a antígeno: i) CDRH3 como se expone en SEQ ID Nº 3; ii) CDRH1 como se expone en SEQ ID Nº 1; y iii) CDRH2 como se expone en SEQ ID Nº 2.
