Abstract
Derivado de una proteína FGF21 que tiene un residuo cisteína en una posición correspondiente a la posición 180 o la posición 181 de FGF21 humano maduro, y derivados de éste, que tienen una cadena lateral unida a esta cisteína. Los derivados de FGF21 muestran alta potencia hacia los receptores de FGF. También se refiere a composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden dichos derivados de FGF21 y excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, así como al uso médico de los derivados de FGF21 (factor de crecimiento de fibroblastos 21).
