Abstract

Se describe el uso de inhibidores de iNOS (óxido nítrico sintasa inducible), que incluyen el ácido aurintricarboxílico, la dexametasona y el ácido valproico, para aumentar el rendimiento de una diversidad de virus en cultivos, que incluyen herpesvirus recombinantes. Reivindicación 1: Un método para producir un virus, que comprende cultivar dicho virus en un cultivo celular que comprende ácido aurintricarboxílico. Reivindicación 3: El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dicho herpesvirus es el virus del herpes simplex-1 (HSV-1). Reivindicación 8: El método de la reivindicación 7, en el que dicho virus se cultiva en células V27.
