Abstract

В изобретении, среди прочего, предложены способы и композиции для получения рекомбинантного белка I2S с улучшенными эффективностью и активностью при помощи клеток, коэкспрессирующих белок I2S и FGE. В некоторых вариантах реализации изобретения клетки согласно настоящему изобретению сконструированы так, чтобы одновременно сверхэкспрессировать рекомбинантные белки I2S и FGE. Клетки согласно изобретению адаптируемы ко многим условиям клеточного культивирования. В некоторых вариантах реализации изобретения клетки согласно настоящему изобретению адаптируемы к суспензионному бессывороточному культивированию в больших масштабах.
