Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится в общем к области рекомбинантной экспрессии генов в клетках-хозяевах. В частности, изобретение относится к клетке-хозяину для рекомбинантной экспрессии белка интерферона млекопитающего, причем упомянутая клетка включает: (а) функциональный эндогенный trxBген и (b) инактивированный эндогенный gorген. Изобретение, кроме того, относится к использованию таких клеток-хозяев для рекомбинантной экспрессии белка интерферона. Изобретение также предлагает способ рекомбинантной экспрессии растворимого интерферона в клетке-хозяине.
