Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método para producir una bebida probiótica de frutas, la cual comprende un alto número de bacterias probióticas adaptadas a la acidez, tales como cepas de Lactobacillus paracasei subespecie paracasei, y a la bebida probiótica de frutas que puede obtenerse mediante dicho método.
