技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合益生菌,具体是一种活体复合益生菌饮品。
背景技术
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,益生菌是近几年研究比较多的肠道微生态调整产品,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。对人体有益的益生菌大概有十几种,主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。益生菌的功效:预防或改善腹泻;缓解不耐乳糖症状;预防阴道感染;增强人体免疫力;促进肠道消化系统健康;降低血清胆固醇。
目前,市面上没有一种可以化痰止咳的益生菌饮品。

本发明的目的在于提供一种活体复合益生菌饮品,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种活体复合益生菌饮品,包括下列重量份的原料:益生菌10-20份、益生元10-30份、中药提取液20-60份、膳食纤维100-200份、维生素B 10-20份和氨基酸50-100份;所述益生菌包括光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;所述中药提取液包括下列重量份的原料:虎杖10-30份、枇杷叶10-20份、川贝10-20份、陈皮5-10份、桑叶5-10份、茅根5-15份和款冬花2-4份。

作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的活体复合益生菌饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备中药提取液:将虎杖、枇杷叶、川贝、陈皮、桑叶、茅根、款冬花,按常规中药煎煮工艺煎煮两次,合并滤液再次过滤,灭菌备用;
(2)在中药提取液中接入已经活化的光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;
(3)接完菌种后,先在温度为28-32℃、转速为150r/min 的条件下好氧发酵36-48h,然后在温度为 35-37℃,静置厌氧发酵 48-72h;
(4)将膳食纤维置于用医用氮气排空的混合机内,然后加入步骤(3)得到的益生菌,混合均匀;
(5)混合均匀后加入益生元、维生素B及氨基酸,搅拌均匀,无菌下灌装。
虎杖:微苦,微寒。归肝、胆、肺经。功能主治 : 祛风利湿,散瘀定痛,止咳化痰。用于关节痹痛,湿热黄疸,经闭,症瘕,水火烫伤,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮毒,咳嗽痰多。
枇杷叶:苦,微寒。归肺、胃经。功能主治 : 清肺止咳,降逆止呕。用于肺热咳嗽,气逆喘急,胃热呕逆,烦热口渴。
川贝:性凉,甘平。入肺经、胃经。功效 :润肺止咳,化痰平喘,清热化痰。
陈皮:苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。功能主治 :理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
桑叶: 味苦、甘、性寒。归肺、肝经。功效 :疏散风热,清肺润燥,平肝明目,凉血止血。
茅根:甘,寒。归肺、胃、膀胱经。功能主治 :凉血止血,清热利尿。用于血热吐血,衄血,尿血,热病烦渴,黄疸,水肿,热淋涩痛 ;急性肾炎水肿。
款冬花 :辛、微苦,温。归肺经。功能主治 :润肺下气,止咳化痰。用于新久咳嗽,喘咳痰多,劳嗽咳血。
以上药物有效组合,理气健脾,疏散风热,清肺润燥,泻火解毒,降逆止呕,祛风止痒,燥湿化痰,润肺下气,化痰止咳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的活体复合益生菌饮品能够融合中药的药物作用性于益生菌中,具有化痰、止咳功效;益生菌与益生元、膳食纤维等结合,相互促进,具有良好的协同作用;根据健康人体肠道益生菌构成模式进行复配的,采用科学的配方配比,功效好,发挥作用所需时间短,活菌量多。

(1)制备中药提取液:将虎杖、枇杷叶、川贝、陈皮、桑叶、茅根、款冬花,按常规中药煎煮工艺煎煮两次,合并滤液再次过滤,灭菌备用;
(2)在中药提取液中接入已经活化的光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;
(3)接完菌种后,先在温度为28℃、转速为150r/min 的条件下好氧发酵36h,然后在温度为 35℃,静置厌氧发酵 48h;
(4)将膳食纤维置于用医用氮气排空的混合机内,然后加入步骤(3)得到的益生菌,混合均匀;
(5)混合均匀后加入益生元、维生素B及氨基酸,搅拌均匀,无菌下灌装。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种活体复合益生菌饮品,包括下列重量份的原料:益生菌15份、益生元20份、中药提取液40份、膳食纤维150份、维生素B 15份和氨基酸75份;所述益生菌包括光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;所述中药提取液包括下列重量份的原料:虎杖20份、枇杷叶15份、川贝15份、陈皮7.5份、桑叶7.5份、茅根10份和款冬花3份。
所述光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的质量比为1:1:1:2:3:1: 1:1:1:1。
所述益生元为菊粉;所述氨基酸为色氨酸、蛋氨酸甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、酪氨酸、天冬酞胺、赖氨酸。
所述的活体复合益生菌饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备中药提取液:将虎杖、枇杷叶、川贝、陈皮、桑叶、茅根、款冬花,按常规中药煎煮工艺煎煮两次,合并滤液再次过滤,灭菌备用;
(2)在中药提取液中接入已经活化的光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;
(3)接完菌种后,先在温度为30℃、转速为150r/min 的条件下好氧发酵42h,然后在温度为 36℃,静置厌氧发酵 60h;
(4)将膳食纤维置于用医用氮气排空的混合机内,然后加入步骤(3)得到的益生菌,混合均匀;
(5)混合均匀后加入益生元、维生素B及氨基酸,搅拌均匀,无菌下灌装。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种活体复合益生菌饮品,包括下列重量份的原料:益生菌20份、益生元30份、中药提取液60份、膳食纤维200份、维生素B 20份和氨基酸100份;所述益生菌包括光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;所述中药提取液包括下列重量份的原料:虎杖30份、枇杷叶20份、川贝20份、陈皮10份、桑叶10份、茅根15份和款冬花4份。
所述光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的质量比为2: 2: 2: 3: 4:2: 2: 2: 2: 2。
所述益生元为异麦芽低聚糖;所述异麦芽低聚糖包括异麦芽糖、潘糖和异麦芽三糖。
所述氨基酸为苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸甘氨酸、天冬酞胺、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、谷氨酸。
所述的活体复合益生菌饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备中药提取液:将虎杖、枇杷叶、川贝、陈皮、桑叶、茅根、款冬花,按常规中药煎煮工艺煎煮两次,合并滤液再次过滤,灭菌备用;
(2)在中药提取液中接入已经活化的光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;
(3)接完菌种后,先在温度为32℃、转速为150r/min 的条件下好氧发酵48h,然后在温度为 37℃,静置厌氧发酵 72h;
(4)将膳食纤维置于用医用氮气排空的混合机内,然后加入步骤(3)得到的益生菌,混合均匀;
(5)混合均匀后加入益生元、维生素B及氨基酸,搅拌均匀,无菌下灌装。

Claims (7)
1.一种活体复合益生菌饮品,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料:益生菌10-20份、益生元10-30份、中药提取液20-60份、膳食纤维100-200份、维生素B 10-20份和氨基酸50-100份;所述益生菌包括光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;所述中药提取液包括下列重量份的原料:虎杖10-30份、枇杷叶10-20份、川贝10-20份、陈皮5-10份、桑叶5-10份、茅根5-15份和款冬花2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活体复合益生菌饮品,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料:益生菌15份、益生元20份、中药提取液40份、膳食纤维150份、维生素B 15份和氨基酸75份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活体复合益生菌饮品,其特征在于,所述光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的质量比为0.5-2:0.5-2:0.5-2:1-3:1-4:0.5-2: 0.5-2:0.5-2:0.5-2:0.5-2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的活体复合益生菌饮品,其特征在于,所述益生元为蔗果低聚糖、异麦芽低聚糖、低聚半乳糖、菊粉中的一种或两种混合;所述蔗果低聚糖包括蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖和蔗果五糖;所述异麦芽低聚糖包括异麦芽糖、潘糖和异麦芽三糖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的活体复合益生菌饮品,其特征在于,所述中药提取液包括下列重量份的原料:虎杖20份、枇杷叶15份、川贝15份、陈皮7.5份、桑叶7.5份、茅根10份和款冬花3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的活体复合益生菌饮品,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为丙氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、酪氨酸、天冬酞胺、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、谷氨酸中的一种或两种以上混合。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一所述的活体复合益生菌饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备中药提取液:将虎杖、枇杷叶、川贝、陈皮、桑叶、茅根、款冬花,按常规中药煎煮工艺煎煮两次,合并滤液再次过滤,灭菌备用;
(2)在中药提取液中接入已经活化的光合菌菌群、酵母菌菌群、放线菌菌群、乳酸菌菌群、双歧杆菌菌群、干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌;
(3)接完菌种后,先在温度为28-32℃、转速为150r/min 的条件下好氧发酵36-48h,然后在温度为 35-37℃,静置厌氧发酵 48-72h;
(4)将膳食纤维置于用医用氮气排空的混合机内,然后加入步骤(3)得到的益生菌,混合均匀;
(5)混合均匀后加入益生元、维生素B及氨基酸,搅拌均匀,无菌下灌装。
