Abstract

Esta divulgacion se refiere a una composicion endulzante con un reducido sabor amargo no deseado. También se divulgan métodos de preparacion de una composicion endulzante de la presente solicitud y productos alimenticios usando la composicion endulzante. Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion endulzante caracterizada porque comprende una mezcla molida con un tamano de partículas de alrededor de 5 micrones hasta alrededor de 100 micrones de un carbohidrato y un endulzante de alta intensidad, en donde el endulzante de alta intensidad se encuentra presente en una cantidad de alrededor de 0.10% en peso hasta alrededor de 50.0% en peso, preferiblemente desde alrededor de 0.25% en peso hasta alrededor de 25.0% en peso, de la mezcla molida, y en donde sabor amargo no deseado de la mezcla molida resulta reducido con respecto a una mezcla no-molida con un tamano de partículas mayor a 200 micrones del carbohidrato y el endulzante de alta intensidad, en donde el endulzante de alta intensidad se encuentra presente en una cantidad que va desde alrededor de 0.10% en peso hasta alrededor de 50.0% en peso de la mezcla no-molida, preferiblemente desde alrededor de 0.25% en peso hasta alrededor de 25.0% en peso, de la mezcla no-molida. Reivindicacion 6: La composicion endulzante de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 4, caracterizada porque el carbohidrato es dextrosa, sacarosa, y un polio! seleccionado del grupo que consiste de eritritol, sorbitol, manitol, xilitol, y maltitol. Reivindicacion 7: La composicion endulzante de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 4, caracterizada porque el endulzante de alta intensidad es seleccionado del grupo que consiste de sucralosa, acesulfamo K, neotamo, y Rebaudiosido A.
