Abstract
La presente solicitud se relaciona con moléculas de union, tales como anticuerpos monoclonales humanos que se unen a distintos virus de la influenza que comprenden HA del subtipo H3, tales como H3N2, y que tienen una amplia actividad neutralizante contra dicho virus de la influenza. Se proveen moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican los anticuerpos, sus secuencias y composiciones que los comprenden y métodos para identificarlos y producirlos. Los anticuerpos se pueden usar en el diagnostico, profilaxis y/o tratamiento de una infeccion por el virus de la influenza H3N2. En una realizacion preferida, los anticuerpos proveen proteccion cruzada contra distintos subtipos, de modo tal que se pueden prevenir y/o tratar infecciones por subtipos de influenza basados en H3, H7, y/o H10.
